The AI Platform was developed as a centralized Artificial Intelligence ecosystem designed to power multiple business applications across the Glocal Techmedia product portfolio. Rather than building isolated AI features for individual products, the platform was architected as a reusable AI layer capable of serving NoBrokerage, QuickAlert, NoboMail, NotifyIndia, and future enterprise applications. It combines locally hosted LLMs (Gemma, Ollama), cloud-based AI services, RAG, recommendation systems, behavioral analytics, and multi-agent workflows to automate repetitive tasks and generate intelligent business insights.
